b) Filter and Rank: miRToolsGallery give users rich options to query, filter and rank the tools. The filters are based taxonomy terms and user could rank the tools by various ways, such as PageRank score, latest publish date, citation count, and vote.
c) Tutorial: Give user some practical cases and describe how miRToolsGallery should be used.
d) Tags Gallery: Show the tags in the database with a word cloud format, and illustrate the term usage in miRToolsGallery. There are also a term usage table in this tab, user could rank the term by frequency or alphabetical order.
e) Logo Gallery: Randomly show tools’ logo on the page and every logo links to the details of the tool.
f) Review Paper Gallery: Collection of miRNA tools review papers.
g) Submit Tools: This tab is a place for user contribute for the database and send new tools to miRToolsGallery.
